Terms & Conditions – Venkatesh Laurel

1. Project Overview

All details related to Venkatesh Laurel, including design, specifications, amenities, pricing, and offerings, are subject to modification without prior notice by the developer. Any changes will be in compliance with RERA regulations and other applicable laws.

2. Booking and Allotment

• Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed booking amount.
• The allocation of specific units is at the sole discretion of the developer.
• The buyer must execute the Agreement to Sale within the stipulated time period to secure the allotment.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made according to the payment schedule issued by the developer.
• Delays may incur interest as outlined in the agreement.
• Payments are to be made through accepted modes in the name of the developer’s official account.

4. Carpet Area & Visuals

Final carpet area will be confirmed as per RERA-approved plans. Layouts, furniture, and visuals shown in marketing materials are for reference only and may not be part of the standard offering.

5. Possession & Delay

Possession will be provided within the timeline stated in the agreement, subject to force majeure conditions. In case of delay, buyers will be compensated as per RERA guidelines.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be processed as per the terms in the booking form or agreement. Refunds will be issued after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and taxes.

7. Legal Framework

All transactions are governed under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and other local laws. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all legal documents before proceeding.

8. Communication & Updates

By expressing interest or booking, you consent to receive updates via phone, SMS, or email from the developer or its representatives regarding the project.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune.
